  • When possible, a city-wide initiative that extends the program to both the police and fire departments collectively, creating a united approach to supporting your first responders’ well-being is optimal.

  • Alternatively, it can seamlessly integrate as an additional offering within an existing wellness unit, leveraging established frameworks.

  • The R3 Program has the adaptability to function independently, operating as a standalone Wellness and Resiliency program within a department, facilitated through channels such as a peer support network or the chaplaincy.
