ABOUT US

Our mission is to honor our Military, Veterans, First Responders and their Families in Mind, Body and Soul

The American Warrior Association is dedicated to honoring, aiding and supporting the Military, Veterans and First Responders who uphold the principles of our country and have chosen to unselfishly serve others and effect positive change in society.

Prolonged exposure to stress and physical duress in high-risk careers produces substantial wear and tear on individuals, marriages, and families across the country.

Over time, the cumulative strain magnified by occupational stress and exposure to trauma negatively impacts the mind, body and souls of our nation’s warriors resulting in extremely high levels of chemical addiction, mental illness, abnormal divorce rates and increased rates of suicide.

On average, 22 military and veterans commit suicide every day, while 150 peace officers take their own lives every year.

AWA has designed specific programs like the R3 Program to combat these issues and prepare our military, veterans and first responders for a life of continued service to others outside of their primary duties.
